Charter has awarded $1.3 million in grants to 66 nonprofit organizations through its 2024 Spectrum Digital Education program, bringing the program's total commitment to more than $10 million since launching in 2017.
Spectrum Digital Education recently awarded Austin, Texas-based Latinitas a $30,000 grant which the nonprofit will use to provide technology training to Spanish-speaking parents through its “Padres Digitales” program.
A recent grant enabled the Boys & Girls Club of Elizabethton/Carter County to purchase new computer lab equipment to serve as a remote learning hub for students in the community.
